Open Windows PowerShell as Administrator<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Right-click the <strong>Start<\/strong> button at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select <strong>Terminal (Admin)<\/strong> from the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On some Windows 11 versions, this option may appear as one of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Windows Terminal (Admin)\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Windows PowerShell (Admin)\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>If the User Account Control window appears, click <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Windows Terminal opens, make sure that the active tab is <strong>PowerShell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The terminal prompt will usually look similar to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>PS C:\\Windows\\System32&gt;\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Run the Required PowerShell Command<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Copy the following command exactly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>New-ItemProperty -Path \"HKLM:\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\PolicyAgent\" -Name \"AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule\" -PropertyType DWord -Value 2 -Force\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Paste the command into the PowerShell or Windows Terminal window by pressing <code>Ctrl + V<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then press <strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the command runs successfully, information similar to the following will appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule : 2\nPSPath                                   : Microsoft.PowerShell.Core\\Registry...\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>If no red error message appears, the Registry value has been created successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
