Welcome to the Bilkent University VPN Service 

Bilkent on-line resources, such as the library’s, and other services are freely accessible through computers or devices located on the Bilkent network. However, if Bilkent students and staff try to access these resources using computers located outside the Bilkent network, either the license owner’s or security policies of these resources deny the privilege.

Bilkent University’s VPN (Virtual Private Network) service provides access to these resources from off-campus locations.

To use this service, the user needs to create a Bilkent VPN account and to set up VPN on a device.
